Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, minced
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 2 carrots, julienned
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Steps

Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.

Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add bell peppers and carrots, stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Add broccoli and snap peas, continue stir-frying for 3 minutes.

Mix cornstarch with water and add to pan along with soy sauce and oyster sauce.

Stir until sauce thickens, about 1-2 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper, serve hot over steamed rice.
