Greek Salad

Ingredients
  • 1 large cucumber, diced
  • 4 large tomatoes, diced
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Kalamata olives
  • 200g feta cheese, cubed
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Steps

In a large bowl, combine cucumber, tomatoes, and red onion.

Add Kalamata olives and feta cheese cubes.

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, and oregano.

Pour dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.
