Spaghetti Carbonara

Ingredients
  • 200g spaghetti
  • 100g pancetta
  • 2 large eggs
  • 50g pecorino cheese
  • 50g parmesan
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
Cooking Steps

Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente.

Fry pancetta with garlic until crisp, then remove garlic.

Beat eggs and mix with grated cheeses.

Drain pasta and combine with pancetta.

Remove from heat, add egg and cheese mixture, and toss quickly.

Season with salt and pepper, serve immediately.
